We are Reinhart, Alexandra, Olivia and Vincent, true Königsleiten & Hochkrimml fans. Alexandra is up here for more than 30 years on vacation and takes pleasure in the region at every one of the seasons. Winter activities from December thru April, the quieter times in spring, the wonderful summer freshness and autumn, that is suitable for hiking like to other time. All at a slightly slower pace…good!

We are very delighted to offer you such a cosy place, ideally located for so many things. An apartment that offers enough space for everyone and high quality interior.

Our intention was to rent out an apartment as the one we would like to rent ourselves. And we just can not ever get enough from the views into the mountains.

Especially for winter sport this is the perfect place: a small and easy entry into the ski region, no need to drive a car or take a bus, no cumbersome and inconvenient carriying of ski & board equipment. If you want to, you could even spend your lunch break at our “Bergfreude” J . And in summer time, you start your hiking experience right at the apartment.

Our children were still young (5 and 8 years old), when we furnished the apartment. This is why you will find “children proof” stuff in there: an old school bench with matching seats, a CD player and various board games. Our tip: the middle of the stacked bunk beds as in the  “beagle boys” is high on demand! On the slope, there is a funpark, speed tracks and slalom race tracks – especially for kids and teens!
